Terms and Conditions — Craps Pakistan Platform Rules & Player Agreement

By accessing craps-bangla.com and registering an account, you confirm that you have read these Terms and Conditions in full and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation. These terms form a legally binding agreement between you and the craps platform. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the craps platform in any capacity.

To be eligible to use craps, you must be at least 18 years of age. This is a firm requirement and applies without exception. By registering, you confirm that you are 18 or older. Craps reserves the right to request proof of age at any point, and accounts where age verification fails will be suspended immediately, with all funds held pending investigation.

You must be using the craps platform for personal, non-commercial use only. Corporate accounts, agency accounts, and accounts operated on behalf of third parties are not permitted. You must not access the craps platform through any automated system, bot, or script — all activity must be carried out by a human user in real time.

Craps reserves the right to decline registration or service to any individual without providing a specific reason for doing so. Eligibility is determined at the sole discretion of craps platform management.

Each individual may hold only one registered account on craps. Duplicate accounts — whether created under the same name, same phone number, same payment method, or same device — are a violation of these terms. If craps identifies duplicate accounts belonging to the same individual, all duplicate accounts will be suspended and any balances or pending winnings may be voided.

When registering on craps, you are required to provide accurate and truthful information. This includes your legal name, valid Pakistani mobile number, date of birth, and a password. • VPN usage to create accounts from restricted jurisdictions is prohibited and will result in account termination.
• Accounts registered with unverifiable information may be suspended pending identity verification at any time.
• Craps may request a CNIC, passport copy, or other government-issued identification document to verify your identity before processing withdrawals above certain thresholds.

Identity verification is a one-time process for most craps accounts. Once your identity has been verified, subsequent withdrawals process without requiring re-verification, unless craps security protocols flag the account for additional review.

All financial transactions on the craps platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). No currency conversion is applied to your craps balance. The minimum deposit on craps is Rs 200. Supported deposit methods include Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank transfer via IBFT, and Visa/Mastercard. Craps does not charge any platform fee on deposits.

Withdrawals on craps are available to accounts that have completed identity verification. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. Standard withdrawals to Easypaisa and JazzCash process same-day. Bank IBFT withdrawals may take one to two business days depending on the receiving bank. For withdrawals above Rs 5,00,000, craps may conduct an additional review before releasing funds — this typically completes within four hours of the review request.

• Craps does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts or payment methods not registered in your name.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the associated wagering requirement has been fully met.
• Craps reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing if there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, bonus abuse, or breach of these terms.
• Deposited funds that have never been used for gameplay may be subject to an administrative fee if withdrawal is requested without any betting activity.

If a deposit fails due to a payment gateway error and funds leave your mobile wallet or bank account without crediting your craps balance, please contact craps support immediately with the transaction reference number. Such issues are typically resolved within 24 hours.

All bets placed on the craps platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant product — cricket betting, PSL betting, virtual sports, or other markets. General betting rules applying to all craps products are set out below.

Once a bet is confirmed on craps, it cannot be cancelled or modified by the player. Please review your bet slip carefully before confirming. In the event of a technical error that results in an incorrect bet being placed — for example, a system error that misrecords your stake — please contact craps support immediately before the event concludes. • Minimum bet: Rs 50 across all betting products on craps.

• Odds: All odds on craps are displayed in decimal format and include the return of your stake. The final payout equals your stake multiplied by the decimal odds shown at the time of bet placement.
• Suspended markets: Craps may suspend betting on any market at any time. Bets already placed before suspension are valid. Any bets placed after a market has been technically suspended but before the suspension displays on your screen due to connection delay will be reviewed and may be voided.
• Void bets: Bets on events that are abandoned, postponed, or cancelled without completion are voided and the stake is returned to your craps balance.

In-play betting on craps cricket markets operates on a five-second data delay. Bets placed with knowledge of a recent event — a wicket, boundary, or over completion — that has not yet reflected in the live odds due to this delay are considered irregular and may be voided upon review.

Where an account is suspended for investigation, craps will endeavour to complete the investigation within seven business days and communicate the outcome to the player. Legitimate balances held in suspended accounts that are subsequently cleared will be released in full. Balances associated with confirmed fraud or terms violations will be voided.

• Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting craps support. Pending withdrawals will be processed before closure is finalised.
• Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period. See Section 9 for full responsible gaming terms.
• Craps will not reopen accounts that were closed under self-exclusion until the full exclusion period has elapsed and the player has completed a re-activation process that includes a cooling-off period and confirmation of current financial wellbeing.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, craps shall not be liable for:

• Loss of data or winnings resulting from force majeure events, including but not limited to internet outages, power failures, or natural disasters.

• Actions of third-party payment processors that result in delays or failures in deposit or withdrawal processing.

In any circumstance where craps is found liable for a provable loss, the maximum liability of craps to any individual player shall not exceed the value of the deposit that directly caused the loss. This limitation applies whether the claim arises in contract, tort, or any other legal basis.

Craps reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time.
